“Real support. Private. No labels. Just tools that work.”
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT PROGRAM
You're carrying a lot.
You don't have to carry it alone.
Your Privacy Is Entirely Protected
Your employer will never know you called.
1
Not who called, not how many times, not what was discussed. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
What you say stays between you and your therapist.
2
This is protected the same way any doctor visit is — by HIPAA law.
No record goes to HR.
3
You choose whether to continue, what to share, and when to stop. Always.
You're in control.

“You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support.”
Most people who reach out aren't falling apart. They're just tired of managing everything on their own.
"I'm fine at work but completely drained at home.”
— Carrying workplace stress into your personal life is one of the most common — and most exhausting — patterns we see. There are real tools that help."I don't talk about this stuff. I just handle it."
— That's exactly who we're here for. This isn't about sitting in a circle and sharing feelings — it's about getting practical tools that actually work for you."I can't turn my brain off. I'm always waiting for something to go wrong."
—Constant worry and a mind that won't quiet down are signs of anxiety — not weakness. These are things you can learn to manage, with the right support."Things at home are affecting my work and I don't know what to do."
- Relationship stress, family pressure, financial strain — when life is hard outside work, it follows you in. You don't have to just push through it.
What We Offer
"Stress at work. Pressure at home. You don't have to manage it alone."
-
Call, text, or book online — whatever's easier for you. No referral needed. You don't have to tell HR, your supervisor, or anyone else.
-
You'll hear back within 24–48 hours. Not a call center — a real, licensed clinician who you'll actually talk to about what's going on.
-
Short-term, focused conversations. Practical tools. Strategies you can actually use — for the stress, the anxiety, the pressure, whatever it is.
-
If you want more support beyond the EAP sessions, we'll help you find it. If you're good, you're good. There's no obligation or follow-up you didn't ask for.
WHAT WE HELP WITH
Anxiety. Stress. Pressure. Relationships.
Breakthrough With A Therapist specializes in anxiety and stress — the kind that shows up at work, in your relationships, and in your head at 2am when you can't sleep.
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to be in crisis. If something is making your life harder than it needs to be, that's enough of a reason to talk to someone.
This program is especially built for people who wouldn't normally go to therapy — because they don't think what they're dealing with is "serious enough," or because they're not sure they trust the process.
We get that. Come talk to us anyway.
No couch. No judgment. No fluff.
“Here's what sessions with Breakthrough actually look like.”
(Don’t worry, we can always include the couch if you want!)
First Session:
“We listen, and we get specific.”
The first session is about understanding what's actually going on for you — not putting a label on it. You'll leave with a clear sense of what we're working on and why.
Final Session:
“You walk away with a plan”
At the end, you'll have a Wellness Plan — a written summary of what you learned and how to keep using it. What happens next is entirely up to you.
Middle Sessions:
“Real Tools. Not Just Talking.”
We'll work on practical skills — how to manage your nervous system, how to shift the patterns that keep you stuck, how to handle the things that keep triggering you.
Questions You May Have…

No. Your employer will never know whether you've used the EAP, how many times, or what was discussed. The only information they receive is total utilization numbers — no names, ever. -
Nope! This is a benefit your employer has paid for on your behalf. There is no co-pay, no insurance required, and no out-of-pocket cost to you at any point.
-
The number of sessions depends on your employer's plan — either 3, 6, or 8 sessions per presenting issue. That means if you finish working through work stress and later want to talk about something in your relationship, you may get another set of sessions for that. Your therapist will explain this at the first appointment.
-
We'll help you find a path to continue. That might mean using your health insurance for ongoing therapy, a community mental health option, or other resources. We won't just hand you a list — we'll help you make the connection.
-
That's a fair concern, and honestly — you won't know until you try one session. Our approach is practical, not touchy-feely. If you come in and it's not a fit, we'll say so and help you find something that is. There's no pressure to keep going.
-
Absolutely. Relationship stress, family issues, financial pressure, grief — anything that's affecting your life is in scope. The EAP isn't just for workplace problems. It’s for just about anything you’re facing in life.
